Users must log in using their official KRIBHCO credentials.
Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

Employees may use the Portal only for:
- Carrying out official KRIBHCO work
- Accessing internal resources, utilities, and services provided by the company
- Users must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Portal or related systems
- Use the Portal for personal, commercial, or unlawful activities
- Upload, share, or distribute harmful code, malware, or unauthorized files
3. Data & Privacy
The Portal does not collect or store personal data of employees.
Any technical logs generated are used solely for system performance, security, and troubleshooting (as outlined in the Privacy Policy).
4. Security & Monitoring
KRIBHCO reserves the right to monitor system usage for security and compliance purposes.
Any misuse or unauthorized access may result in disciplinary action under KRIBHCO’s HR policies and applicable laws.

All content, resources, and tools available on the Portal are the property of KRIBHCO.
Employees may use them only for official purposes and may not copy, modify, or share them outside the organization without authorization.

The Portal is provided for internal use “as is.”
KRIBHCO makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from use of the Portal beyond its intended scope.
